LOCATION: HIKO, NV
The Alien Research Center self proclaims itself as being the Gateway to the Extraterrestrial Highway. This location is less a museum or focused on any scientific bearing related to UFO sightings or content and is mainly a tourist trap souvenir shop.
Our visit here was a little disappointing, because despite what the opening times tell you online, and on their own front door, they were closed. Judging by reviews online, this seems to be a regular complaint from many visitors, so if you are planning a visit I would probably call beforehand to make sure they are actually open.
Out front the only things that we saw, apart from the huge two story metal sculpture of an alien, were a couple of signs relating to the Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop Us All event which took place on September 20, 2019.
